MAKING A DIFFERENCE ONE CHILD AT A TIME

For over 45 years, The Cabrini Green Tutoring Program has provided a safe and stable learning environment for children from disadvantaged families in the Near North and Near West neighborhoods of Chicago, IL. By pairing students with volunteer adult tutors, the program promotes education and individualized attention for the children. One-on-one mentors help the students excel academically as well as out of the classroom through life skills coaching. The Cabrini Green Tutoring Program and The Vanity Project collaboration began in the Spring of 2011 to promote education awareness.
